Day 0

This is the last of it. I leave tomorrow at 7:30 to begin the long journey to Africa. I am excited about the YE show at Bubba’s tonight, but otherwise I have nothing coherent or intelligent to say about it. I can hardly envision what the next month will hold. All I have in my mind is a plane, and then just a mess of images, sounds, and motions, implanted mostly through movies, and discovery channel specials. I don’t know where the reality of Africa may lie, but I’m excited about attempting to find out. Updates from now on whenever possible…
