The Mission of Burma Interview from last month is alive and kicking. Check out the Space Blog and read on young adventurer. Burma has long been of of my favorite bands. It was a pleasure to get to meet them.
AL: At what point did that terror fade where you were thought, “alright, maybe we have a chance at not sucking.”
CC: I guess after the first round of gigs. They went really well.
PP: And also after a year or two when we got a concentrated batch of shows, at the end of it, it was actually like a machine, and like you’re supposed to feel in a band.

Unveiling the last three days of effort: Collected Unconscious OR// dreamDigg OR// I have a dreams of you!
This blog will automatically update every day with a collection of lines generated by parsing the top stories on digg.com and creating “dreams” out of the top items floating around the collective unconsciousness on the internet. ((in theory)).
for example:
self-styled Enrico calling the produced tutorials
need People during a scheduled Oscar
perfectly They following as perfectly person’s
I will continue to toy with sentence construction, so the “dreams” will hopefully continue to get more and more elaborate. The program that handles it all is a fairly simple conglomeration of Python and Shell Script.
This idea arose during a discussion on the theories of dreams, and the concept that dreams are random bursts of your most recent thoughts and memories spontaneously mashed together in sleep-time.

Announcing another primarily Black and White project I am associated with: MENSK. Mensk is a non-profit here in Maine dedicated to the arts, events, and artistic events. We primarily operate as an umbrella organization for other individuals and groups to work through and get projects together. We hope to expand our functionality in the near future, but the present and past of the group is very exciting. I am happy to be a part. See the Mensk Blog for more frequent info barrage.

A randomly boiling universe produced in my quest to become less lousy with Object Oriented Programming. You may be lucky and be blessed with abundance, or you may have the misfortune of inhabiting a barren and cold wasteland. I have no control in the matter, but I am sure it is not indicative of personality or lack thereof. Built in Processing
